Getting Tangible with God as Refuge

In such times, we typically encourage ourselves and others to go to God and to see Him as our refuge. For some matters, praying and reminding ourselves of such truth keeps us going. But what happens when, even after that, the weariness doesn’t go away? For those trials, we need to help each other be more specific—why is God our refuge and what does belief in that look like tangibly?
